  • Best Rabbit went to Chris Hayward
  • Longest Drive on the 15th which will now be renamed the ‘Andy Whiteley Trophy’ was won by… Andy Whiteley
  • Nearest the Pin on the 4th was won by none other than Mr ‘Crazy’ Dave Smith

The ladies battled it out for a prize in their competition on Wednesday 22nd July and this was won By Anne Lawson with a nett 70.

Our junior section also had a 9 hole competition on the day, Matthew Butcher took 2nd place with nett 43 and the winner with nett 42 was Jacob Fulton who looks to be taking the reigns of best golfer in the Fulton family. Well done guys, its great to see a junior involvement on these special days.

Well done to everyone who took part, im sure you all agree that it was a great day and the night do wasn’t too bad either. The hog roast went down a treat and everyone danced into the night, some of us more than others.

Mr Captain has asked me to pass on his thanks to everyone who played and those who could make the evening event, well done this year Bob, no pressure next year Harry! 😉
